| The Sunset Cafe & Guest House is a like a family home. It was ideal for us as it was centrally located, with
easy access to the beach and to the night life and the theatres. Well serviced with baht buses and taxi's. |

| Lovely Restaurant and Guesthouse This Guesthouse added to our wonderful visit to Pattaya. Excellent service. I would
recommend the restaurant especially the all day English breakfast absolutely great eating. At night the Thai food was delicious.
Would definitely recommend this guesthouse. It is a pity it has only 4 double rooms but I suppose that is the charm of it. There
will be a roof garden there next year 07 so I look forward to lazing in the sunshine there. We would highly recommend this
place. |

| I would stay here again. This is an excellent, very convenient, super location, delightful ensuite double rooms with
air con. The rooms are lovely to relax in after a day of activities. I preferred to eat here as the variety of food was excellent
and very well presented to my table. I will stay here again, that I have no doubt about. |
